Collared Ground Sleeve
This ground sleeve mounts low into concrete islands, medians or roundabouts and does not require bolts or wedges to hold the post. The collar and low mounting height reduces the risk of damage to the ground sleeve and damaged posts can be replaced easily by simply loosening the grub screw.
